Because Zoom does not share personal information in a category that provides a federal right to limit sharing under this notice, no federal sharing opt-out form is included.

How does Zoom Financial protect my personal information?

How does Zoom Financial collect my personal information?

We collect personal information, for example, when you:

• Apply for financing
• Give us your income information
• Provide employment information
• Give us your contact or account information
• Show your driver's license or other identification

We also collect personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, automotive dealers, application platforms, verification providers, payment processors, insurance providers, title and lien providers, and other companies.

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

• Sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes involving information about your creditworthiness
• Affiliates using your information to market to you
• Sharing with nonaffiliates so they can market to you

State laws and individual companies may provide additional rights to limit sharing.

4. Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. Zoom Financial's affiliate is Automotive Restyling Concepts, Inc., which operates under the assumed names Drive Appeal and AppCore.

Zoom may share limited transaction and experience information with this affiliate to evaluate, complete, administer, or pay off a vehicle transaction. Zoom does not share information about creditworthiness with its affiliate for the affiliate's everyday business purposes or marketing.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. Nonaffiliates used for Zoom's everyday business purposes may include credit bureaus, application and verification providers, loan-management providers, payment processors, banks and payment networks, title and lien providers, insurers, vehicle-location and recovery providers, repossession companies, auctions, attorneys, courts, government agencies, and purchasers or servicers of accounts.

Zoom Financial does not share personal information with nonaffiliates so they can independently market their products or services to you.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Zoom Financial does not jointly market.

5. Other Important Information

Applicable state law may provide additional privacy rights or protections. Those rights may be subject to exceptions for financial information, credit-reporting information, account servicing, fraud prevention, legal record retention, and other regulated information.

This notice applies only to Prosser Holdings LLC dba Zoom Financial. Automotive Restyling Concepts, Inc., Drive Appeal, AppCore, and other participating lenders may provide separate privacy notices describing their own practices.

This online notice is provided for convenient reference. Zoom may also provide a separately formatted privacy notice through the applicable customer onboarding, closing, or account-servicing process.
