Login to your account via our online portal by visiting our Customer Page. Your Account Number is your loan Stock Number in ALL CAPS. Your Stock/Account Number can be located on your Purchase Agreement and in your Welcome Email.

If can’t find your Account Number, you can create your account by entering your full VIN, Last Name, last 4 digits of your SSN, and your Birth Year (YYYY). The VIN and Last Name must be entered in ALL CAPS.
Please Note: If you have two Last Names, you must include a “Hyphen” (-) between each Last Name. Aditionally, if you have a Business Loan, your Business Name will be listed as your Last Name in ALL CAPS.

Our online payment system accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Checking/Savings Accounts (ACH), Money Order, MoneyGram, Personal Check, and Cashier’s check.
Visit our online payment portal on our Customer Page or by contacting an account representative at 763-233-0449. You are able to set up recurring payments online using your Debit/Credit Card, or you can use your Checking/Savings Account (ACH) by calling into our office.

This can be accessed by logging into our online account portal on our Customer Page. Users may also get their most recent individual statements, entire payment history, or opt into automatic payment statements via email by calling an account representative at 763-233-0449.
Customers are responsible for continuing to make their car payments until their account is paid in full.
Your title can take up to 3 months and your license plates should be received within 21 days after vehicle delivery. If you have not received your title or license plate within that time period, please contact Zoom Financial at 763-233-0499 .

Every customer must have “Zoom Financial” listed as lienholder and full coverage insurance with a collision and comprehensive deductible of 1000 or less.
